The Special Olympics flag arrives in Oakville. Special
Olympics representatives and athletes, Oakville Mayor
Bob Burton, other politicians, local newspaper and a
Fourth Degree Honour Guard were on hand to participate
  in the flag raising ceremony at the city hall on March 11th.

  to participate in the flag raising ceremony at the city hall where  
the flag will fly for the week.
