VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers
are asked to register with the Knights of Columbus coordinator
for the game(s) of interest. A final list of volunteers is
submitted to the Leafs and Special Olympics Ontario one week
prior to the game. This list is then forwarded to security,
who will check the names as the volunteers arrive at the gate.
For security reasons, any volunteer whose name is not on the
final list will not be allowed to enter the Air Canada Centre
On
game day, volunteers are asked to go to the northwest staff
entrance (Staff B) which is located just west of the Galleria
by the box office. This is an outside door to the building. If
you should arrive after this door closes, you can then proceed
to the Stage Door, which is located on the south side of the
building, off of Lakeshore Blvd.
AFTERNOON
GAMES
With
the start time of the game being 1 PM, volunteers are required
to be at the Air Canada Centre by 11 AM (2
hours prior to game time).
EVENING GAMES
With
the start time of the game being either 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM,
volunteers are required to be at the Air Canada Centre by 5:00
PM
(at least 2 hours prior to game time).

game day, volunteers are asked to go to the southwest corner
blue door which is located just south of Gate 4.
AFTERNOON
GAMES
With
the start time of the game being 4:00 PM, volunteers are
required to be at the BMO Field (Exhibition Place) by 2:00 PM (2
hours prior to game time).
EVENING GAMES
With
the start time of the game being 8:00 PM, volunteers are
required to be at the BMO Field by 6:00 PM (2 hours prior to
game time).

one week prior to the game. This list is then forwarded to
security, who will check the names as the volunteers arrive at
the gate. For security reasons, any volunteer whose name is not
on the final list will not be allowed to enter the Ricoh
Coliseum (Exhibition Place).
On
game day, volunteers are asked to go to the main entrance of
Ricoh Coliseum, where you will be directed to the volunteer
room.
AFTERNOON
GAMES
With
the start time of the game being 3 PM, volunteers are required
to be at the Ricoh
Coliseum
by 1:00 PM (2 hours prior to game time).
EVENING GAMES
With
the start time of the game being either 5:00 PM, volunteers are
required to be at the Ricoh Coliseum by 3:00 PM (2
hours prior to game time).
