Special Olympics flag in Lindsay where Council 1124, Special
Olympics representatives and athletes, the Mayor, the local
newspaper and a Fourth Degree Honour Guard were on hand
  to participate in the flag raising ceremony at the library where  
the flag will fly for the week.
