The Knights present a cheque to Chief Jeff DeRuyter of the
Guelph Police Service from the Guelph Knights Charity
Trust to
the Special Olympics Spring Games Committee for $2000.00.
This cheque is in addition to a cheque presented
to the Spring
Games Committee from Council 1507 (Guelph) for $5000.00
which was done in November 2015.

The Special Olympics flag was taken to
the Second Degree
conducted on Janaury 31st at the Basilica of Our Lady
Immaculate in
Guelph. This was the day that District Deputy Kevin Smith
transferred
the Special Olympics Flag to District 69 from District
105.
