  The Special Olympics flag-signing ceremony took place at Tom
  Davies Square where the flag was signed  by Greater Sudbury Deputy  
 Mayor Al Sizer  (Council 10888), DD’s Jean-Yves Denis and
Gerhard Schinko, and others.

  The Special Olympics flag-signing ceremony was greatly enhanced by  
the presence of 3 Special Olympians, Special Olympics Community
Coordinator Lynne Houle and a Fourth Degree Colour Guard led by
