A Flag Raising took place on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Grimsby
  City Hall. Despite the weather, members and supporters of the  
Special Olympics and the Knights of Columbus from District 6
attended the Flag Raising with Mayor Bob Bentley. The flag
will fly in front of Grimsby City Hall until Friday Apr 8th and then
it will continue onto it's next stop in the relay, St. Catharines.
